Libyan Mine Action Center Oversees Disposal of War Remnants

Under the supervision of the Libyan Mine Action Center (LibMAC) – Central Region Branch, the Free Fields Foundation Organization carried out the disposal of a quantity of war remnants collected during the past period in the central region.
The disposal site was visited by His Excellency the Ambassador of the European Union in Libya, who was received by the Director of the Libyan Mine Action Center, accompanied by the Deputy Commander of the Central Military Region and the Commander of the 53rd Independent Infantry Brigade.
This step comes as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen community security and ensure the safe disposal of war remnants, reflecting the importance of cooperation between national institutions and international partners in supporting stability and development.
