Coordinative Visit to Enhance Cooperation in War Remnants Clearance in Libya

As part of preparations for upcoming activities, a coordination visit was conducted to discuss avenues of cooperation in the field of capacity building for humanitarian work. The visit involved the representative of the Turkish mission at the Ministry of Defense, with the participation of members of the Turkish military engineering team in Libya.
This meeting comes within the framework of strengthening technical and operational cooperation between the two sides, with the aim of supporting and sustaining operations to remove and detonate remnants of war more effectively, thereby contributing to the protection of civilian lives.
The Director of the Center emphasized the importance of this cooperation in supporting and building national capacities in the field of dealing with mines and remnants of war.
