Visit the Geneva International Center to the Libyan Centre

The Geneva Center visited the Libyan Center to contribute and help to support and raise the performance of the Libyan Center and build a work strategy spanning five years. The objectives of the visit included:
- Evaluation of the current situation: Review the current activities and projects of the Libyan Center and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Identifying needs: Understanding the needs and resources needed to enhance the center’s performance and achieve its goals.
- Building a strategy: Developing a five-year strategic work plan to improve project management and work professionally.
During the visit, it was agreed that workshops and meetings with the Libyan Center team would be held to discuss the future vision and strategic goals.
At the end of this visit, the Geneva Center team praised the Libyan Centre’s efforts. It stressed its commitment to supporting the Center in implementing the strategy and achieving its future vision.
